Members Exhibitions
All paid-up Arts Club members have the opportunity to book the exhibition room for one week for their own personal exhibition

Groups, who are all members, may also book the room for one week.

The document below is a more detailed guide to setting up your exhibition.

It includes important information regarding, timings, access, security etc.
We will send the latest version to all exhibitors in the weeks prior to their booking, however you should read this guide before making any booking, as you are requested to comply with its contents
Once you have read the terms and conditions and Exhibition Guide (both above) you may apply online to book your week.

Please note, if two exhibiting members are combining their allocation
to form a two week exhibition, this may be completed on the same form.

The booking form will be available at 9:00am on 19th October
​

Please note: You cannot book the following weeks as they are reserved for Arts Club/Members events;

January 1st to 14th February - CLOSED FOR A REST
​
Members' Easter Exhibition: 5th - 18th April
​
September Festival Exhibition: 13th - 26th September
​
Members' Festive Exhibition: 29th November - 9th January
​
