Booking the exhibition room in 2026
All paid-up Arts Club members have the opportunity to book the exhibition room for one week for their own personal exhibition. This is based on availability and allocated on a first come basis when the booking window opens.
There are only 37 'bookable' weeks as some are pre-booked for members joint exhibitions, so please note you CANNOT book the following weeks;

Easter: April 4th to April 17th
September Festival: September 12th to September 25th
Festive Exhibition: December 5th to January 7th 2027

​​​​Bookings for 2026 were taken from permanent Cornwall resident members, on Saturday 18th October 2025 at 9:00am - please see calendar below for the latest position

Bookings will be accepted from non-Cornwall members on 1st November 2025,
subject to availability

​It includes important information regarding, timings, access, security etc.
We will send the latest version to all exhibitors in the weeks prior to their exhibition,
however you should also read this guide before making any booking,
as you will be required to comply with its contents
Once you have read the terms and conditions and Exhibition Guide (both above)
you may apply to book a week online when your booking window is open.

Please note, if two exhibiting members are combining their allocation
to form a two week exhibition, this should be completed on one form
by one of those members - not two forms by both members.
