Booking the Exhibition room in 2027
All paid-up Arts Club members have the opportunity to book the exhibition room for one week for their own personal exhibition. This is based on availability and allocated on a first come basis when the booking window opens.
There are limited 'bookable' weeks as some are pre-booked for members' joint exhibitions and our members' Art Group Exhibitions, so please note you CANNOT book the following weeks;
Easter: March 25th to April 9th 2027
September Festival: September 11th to September 24th 2027
Festive Exhibition: December 4th to January 7th 2027

Tuesday Art Group -
Friday Art Group -
Bookings for 2027 will be taken from permanent Cornwall resident members, on Saturday 7th November 2026 at 9:00am - The calendar below will be updated and made live, when bookings have been taken from Cornwall Residents
Bookings will be accepted from non-Cornwall members on 21 st November 2026,
subject to availability

The document below is a more detailed guide to setting up your exhibition.
It includes important information regarding, timings, access, security etc.
We will send the latest version to all exhibitors in the weeks prior to their exhibition,
however you should also read this guide before making any booking,
as you will be required to comply with its contents
Once you have read the terms and conditions and Exhibition Guide (both above)
you may apply to book a week online when your booking window is open.
Please note, if two exhibiting members are combining their allocation
to form a two week exhibition, this should be completed on one form
by one of those members - not two forms by both members.
