Note from the Trustees
In accordance with Clause 11 of the Constitution , the Trustees have called for the AGM of St Ives ( Cornwall ) Arts Club Society CIO ( 1182423 ) to take place on Thursday 8th January at 10.am at the Club premises.
An Agenda is included in this Newsletter and will also be available in the Members Area on the Clubs website.
The main purpose of the meeting will be to receive the Trustee and Management Committee annual reports and also the financial accounts for the year 1/10/24 to 30/9/25. The meeting will also confirm the appointment of the Trustees , the President and the Management Committee for the year 2025/26.
The Trustees will propose:-

The adoption of a number of changes to the Constitution, as required by clause 28.

The adoption of a number of policies and protocols in order to ensure compliance with rules and regulations that govern charitable organisations.
A note will be circulated to members with full details of the matters referred to in points 1 & 2 above, before the end of 2025. The note will also be displayed in the members area of the Club’s website.
