Set up in the 1960s by St Ives legend Bob Devereux, this was one of the first open mic nights in the town. In a place that is so rich with creativity, the Frug is a great outlet for many talented folk and you can expect a wide range of acts on stage. From live music, poetry, comedy and storytelling, come along and entertain us if you’d like to, or come and watch and cheer them on! We never quite know what’s going to happen at the Frug, but you can guarantee a great night that will broaden your imagination and take you to many mystical places in your mind. The Frug takes place on the first Thursday of the month. Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start. BYO drinks. FREE entry
