All paid-up Arts Club members have the opportunity to book the exhibition room
for one week for their own personal exhibition - based on availability

The document below is a more detailed guide to setting up your exhibition.
​It includes important information regarding, timings, access, security etc.
We will send the latest version to all exhibitors in the weeks prior to their booking,
however you should read this guide before making any booking,
as you are requested to comply with its contents
Once you have read the terms and conditions and Exhibition Guide (both above)
you may apply to book a week online when the booking window is open.
​
Please note, if two exhibiting members are combining their allocation
to form a two week exhibition, this may be completed on the same form.
