Exhibiting in the Hall ​

All St Ives Arts Club members are invited to hang

their art work, for sale, in the Hall of the Arts Club.

​

This area is not directly supervised, although we will use security hangers,

which have an extra spring, to make it more

difficult to simply pick a painting off the hanger and walk out.

 

However, although there is some security,  we urge all members to

take out their own insurance if they have concerns. 

​

In reality there is very little theft from the Arts Club, but we cannot

guarantee or insure your work for you.

​

If you are satisfied with the arrangements and wish to proceed,

 then please complete the participation form below.

 

​This will put you on the list, which we will use to rotate members in and out,

when it is their turn. After you have submitted the form we will email

 to confirm your starting month, when you will begin. This will be one of the

monthly coffee mornings - which are always on the third Friday of the month.

​

Any fees owed will be taken in advance when dropping work off.

​

You will then be expected to pick up your artwork the following monthly

coffee morning, unless previously instructed otherwise -

or if other arrangements have been requested and confirmed

​

We can hang between 20 to 30 paintings, depending

on the sizes submitted!  We will start with a maximum

of two artworks per member, but this number may go up or down,

depending on demand.
