The Theatre is available for Members to hire for private exhibitions

Please ensure you follow the procedure outlined below

The room will be fully reserved for members when the booking form and payment have been received

  2. Check the calendar for availability

  3. Complete the online form

  4. Pay the hire charge

If you would prefer to print a form to complete and post /deliver to the St Ives Arts Club, with Cash or Cheque payments, then please use the PDF here

After your exhibition please complete the Sales 

 Return Form so that accounts may be settled
